Senior Product Manager - Copilot for Sales, Services & Finance | M365 Growth & Incubation
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Senior Product Manager to extend our product strategy through our partner channel via the development and execution of partner channel practice development across these emerging products. You will identify and activate key levers to expand partner capacity and co-innovate with partners to accelerate the channel’s development and adoption of new solutions that help customers realize value from their Copilot investments. These solutions will help our partners to acquire, engage, retain, and increase monetization across Copilot for Business functions and our AI portfolio. By thinking end-to-end and partnering across groups, you will accelerate delivery of key business growth investments through this partner incubation program.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of business acumen and ability to work and influence across many teams. You will partner with engineering, business development, marketing, sales and customer success and partner teams. The candidate should have a proven background in leveraging the work of others to understand and develop solutions & go-to-market (GTM) strategies and drive these strategies from a product, tooling, engineering, and support standpoint to accomplish business objectives. Ideal candidates will also have experience in partner practice development, offer ideation, design, and solution architecture development. Examples include: creating acquisition funnels; understanding consumption economic flywheels and developing models to track user journeys identifying friction points at every point to optimize; working the gaps across teams whether product, enablement, or GTM related.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Work closely with Copilot sales, customer success, and partner GTM leaders to identify & prioritize key investments and cross-team synergies, especially focused on partner capacity across new growth modules.
- Partner with partner channel teams to identify growth opportunities and requirements for increasing the quantity and quality of partners with mature and complete Copilot and AI practices.
- Partner with data science and analytics team to create new, high impact insights & enablement for partners and sales/customer success stakeholders.
- Explore new directions, suggest new opportunities, and engage with customers and partners to understand partner practice development.
- Drive competitive research to hone our investments & ensure long-term advantage for Microsoft.
- Drive primary and secondary research to identify customer needs and growth inhibitors, including Microsoft field sellers and customer success professionals.
- Refine and scope requirements for user experience based on deep empathy for the user journey and needs, delivering world class partner enablement toolsets.
- Build working relationships with sales, finance, marketing, and engineering at the leadership and working team level.
- Establish and evangelize multi-year success goals with partner teams.
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to their work and their team.
- Identify solutions to large scale growth inhibitors and operationalize them, especially as it relates to partner referrals.
- Develop and operationalize strategic frameworks that help teams align and work together on high priority opportunities.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience as a liaison between business stakeholders and/or partners/customers and product teams to ensure successful technical fulfillment of business requirements.
- 3+ years experience with Project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute processes that facilitate collaboration, leadership team effectiveness and impact.
- 1+ years experience working closely with partners and customers to build new partner channels for AI products such as: CoPilot for M365, Copilot for Sales, CoPilot for Service, or Azure Open AI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of program management experience, gained through roles in consulting, strategy, business planning, program management or marketing in the technology sector.
- Demonstrated leadership, executive presence, organizational agility, ability to impact and influence leaders across the company; ability to rapidly gain/build trust and confidence of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment and ability to drive improvements in end-to-end customer experiences and a growth mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to create organizational momentum around new ideas and initiatives.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.
